Have you ever been in a situation where you know things are not going to work out? Where the situation feels so heavy that even if you tried, it would only drag you down? Life can feel hopeless in moments of struggle, but the reality is, that is our own mind playing tricks on us. That is not to say what you are going through is not real or hard. It is simply that the way you learned to adapt to difficult situations affects how you experience them.
If you see a problem as a problem, then there stands the issue, because a problem does not exist without a solution. Those two coexist. If there was no solution, it would not be a problem, just an event or a reality. Yet even your reality can change when you look at things differently. Again, it is not to say what you are living is not true, but to understand that it is part of life, and only you can decide if you will push past it or not.
Your mind plays heavy tricks on you because of how we have set up our society, rules, and standards. You are chasing a goal that is not real. Reality is being present, understanding your current situation, and feeling your body and mind. I will say it a third time. It is not because the situation is not hard. It is simply not solved yet.
And you might say, well Camille, I am in huge debt. Is that my perception or my reality? Well, is it not both? If you believe your life is run entirely by debt and poverty, then you have not understood life. You have been conditioned to think this is all there is. A millionaire, although it may be annoying to hear, will tell you that once you have quote on quote made it, you will get bored and move to the next dopamine chase. In reality, there is no ultimate goal a human must achieve to feel whole. If there was, it would be to understand that you are part of the world as a connected whole, a small influence that shapes it throughout your lifetime.
