Another Day, Another Paintings

Well hello there 👋 Turns out people are actually reading my blog! My analytics have been ticking up, and a few of you even slid into my DMs to talk about my posts, which is amazing. Honestly, I’d write these even if no one read them (they’re my favorite brain exercise), but knowing they’re reaching people makes it extra worth it.

This week has been a bit of a whirlwind. For the first time this year, I don’t have anything lined up: no exhibitions, no classes, no markets. A whole free month. On one hand, it gives me anxiety (what do I even do with that much time?!), but on the other hand, I can feel the stress melting away. It’s a strange mix of panic and relief.

With all this space, I’m focusing on creating again and catching up on the things I’ve put off. I’ve already started updating my Etsy and website, and I’m seeing more visits roll in, so thank you for that 💜. I also made about 50 trinkets this week (lettering, keychains, cup holders, you name it). All they need now is a coat of resin and they’ll be market-ready.

I’ll keep this one short since it’s more of a weekly check-in than a deep dive. Just wanted to say thank you for reading, for supporting me, and for sticking around. It really means the world.
